4 Days Trip from Marrakech to Merzouga

Itinirary

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

  In every morning, we starts our day with delicious and bio breakfast to have enough power which help us to travel freely. Today, we have to cross High Atlas via Tizi N Techka where we can see panoramic views, and then we continue through south until Ait Benhaddou Kasbahthe UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is beautiful and amazing Kasbah with an unbelievable architecture. Some Actors shoot their international there such as Gladiator, Obelix, the Mummy the Jewel of the Nile, Sahara with Penelope Cruz, etc. We have option to enjoy lunch. Moreover, there is another beautiful Kasbah which is known as residence of the Glaoui or Marrakech Pasha. Furthermore, Ouarzazate is our next point, is famous as city of Cinema and biggest Station of Energy Solar, the sense of its name means no noise. At the end of the day, we accommodate in Ouarzazate.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Camel Trek and Overnight in Berber Camp

Before taking road to live a day in desert, we take breakfast. Our adventure today takes us to discover desert climate, different tradition and other tribes. After crossing some villages, there is Todra Gorges to visit and to entertain our journey, and then we move to Tinjdad village for shopping traditional stuff if you would like to. In addition, Erfoud town is a well-known by fossils and Market of palm trees fruits. Finally, Merzouga is a small town that belongs to desert, as other tourists who come to spend night in an equipped camp, we also have this opportunity, so we trek camels to see fabulous views such as lights of sunset, Berber Drum and amazing lights of stars.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Gorges to Dades Valley

After comfortable night and beautiful lights of sunrise, we ride back camels to enjoy our Berber breakfast. As it is our third day of this gorgeous trip, we travel through an enormous number of small villages and Berber shop to buy traditional clothes and souvenirs until Tinghir where Todra Gorges is. It is known as valley with dangerous mountains that has its lovers who come especially to climb this risky downward to enjoy their time. It is also wonderful place to have lunch and enjoy sneeze with voice of water in river. In afternoon, we travel to explore Dades Valley and Boumalne Dades and have time to shoot pictures in perfect places until Dades Gorges to spend night in Hotel.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Kasbah Amridil –Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Marrakech

 After delicious breakfast with Berber nice cup of tea, we make glance at mountains chain which is fabulous, and discovering some Kasbahs. At this area there are thousands Kasbahs unfortunately lot of them collapsed because of natural factors such as rain and wind, and their owners leave them. In Kalaat Mgouna; the small town well-known by its beautiful roses for that each year organizes a festival of roses, has many views to shot. In fact, we don’t miss this chance to discover these roses and their products. Before Ouarzazate we have Amridil Kasbah to visit and to explore archaeological sites which are different to other Kasbah. Furthermore, we can touch new types in traditions. Indeed, wonderful cultural varieties, hostess people and multicultural persons make Morocco destination of millions tourists around the globe. Then Ouarzazate is our next city which is city of Cinema and biggest Station of Energy Solar. Of course we have a big chance to visit the most famous Kasbah in Morocco which is Ait Benhaddou Kasbah the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is beautiful and amazing Kasbah with an unbelievable architecture.
