2 Days Trip from Marrakech to Zagora

Itinirary

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Zagora – Camel ride and night in luxury Berber Tent

  In every morning, we starts our day with delicious and bio breakfast to have enough power which help us to travel freely. Today, we have to cross High Atlas via Tizi N Techka where we can see panoramic views, and then we continue through south until Ait Benhaddou Kasbahthe UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is beautiful and amazing Kasbah with an unbelievable architecture. Some Actors shoot their international there such as Gladiator, Obelix, the Mummy the Jewel of the Nile, Sahara with Penelope Cruz, etc. We have option to enjoy lunch. Moreover, there is another beautiful Kasbah which is known as residence of the Glaoui or Marrakech Pasha. Finally, Zagora is a small town that belongs to desert, as other tourists who come to spend night in an equipped camp, we also have this opportunity, so we trek camels to see fabulous views such as lights of sunset, Berber Drum and amazing lights of stars.

Day 2: Zagora – Draa Valley – Anti Atlas – Ouarzazate – High Atlas – Marrakech

  We wake up early in the desert to see the beautiful show of sunrise, and then we ride camel back to Zagora where we always enjoy our delicious breakfast, and then the whole day is to discover Zagora Desert and its culture. Starting with Berber house; exploring method of life and their traditions. In addition, we visit Draa Valley to visit in which there is fabulous landscape along the Draa River; the longest river that crossing Mauritania to flow in Atlantic Sea.  Before Ouarzazate we have Kasbahs to visit and to explore archaeological sites which are different to other Kasbahs. Furthermore, we can touch new types in traditions. Indeed, wonderful cultural varieties, hostess people and multicultural persons make Morocco destination of millions tourists around the globe. Then Ouarzazate is our next city to discover which is city of Cinema and biggest Station of Energy Solar. Finally, we continue our trip to Marrakech.
